What Makes This Workshop Different?

We bring you a unique offering. Two worlds that rarely meet—modern psychology and time-honoured inner practices. These approaches are always taught separately, even though they speak the same emotional language: presence, regulation and self-awareness. In this space, we work side by side.

We draw from disciplines that listen closely to the body’s intelligence, approaches rooted in modern psychology, intellectual understanding, subtle awareness, breath, and nervous system atunement.

  • 30 min Counselling Psychologist consult with Dr Jesscia Versveld

  • 60-minute Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy session with therapist Anand Makan

  • An Integration Hike to connect with your group, share reflections and spend relaxed time with your facilitators to ask any questions you may have

  • Workbook & Journal Prompts to track progress and deepen insight

  • Ancient Breathwork & Regulation Techniques for calming your nervous system and emotional regulation

  • WhatsApp check-ins to stay on track and feel supported

  • Self-care tools you will keep for life

  • A Light Dinner, tea and coffee included each week

  • Learning ancient breathwork techniques to instantly calm anxiety, fear, and emotional overwhelm
